The following are the current HCCF committees and chairpersons. If you would like to learn more about a specific committee and/or volunteer, please email or call the appropriate committee member.
Executive Committee:
Roy Munnely, Deanne Siddall, Dave Sobecki, and Nick Cipolla
The President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Board of Directors constitute the Executive Committee that has and may exercise the powers of the Board of Directors to the extent provided herein. Members of the Executive Committee may participate in formal and informal meetings and discussions by means of telephone, e-mail or similar communication equipment if all persons participating can communicate with each other. All actions of this committee are subject to ratification by the Board of Directors.
Resource and Development Committee:
Kevin Smith
The Resource and Development committee shall be responsible for planning all fund raising activities. Those assigned to serve on this committee shall seek to obtain volunteers who would be responsible for each planned event, and shall arrange to provide the necessary resources required for the success of that event. It is anticipated that there will be subcommittees under this category to plan and carry out each specific event and the chair or co-chair for that given event shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Resource and Development Committee for the singular purpose of managing the event to a successful and profitable conclusion.

Grants Committee:
Bill Bay
Our grant cycle is normally held each Fall. Call the above if you would like to help investigate and make recommendations regarding the applicants.
Finance Committee:
Nick Cipolla
The finance committee conducts audits and assists and advises the Treasurer.
Publicity Committee:
Dave Sobecki
This committee serves as liaison to the public news media, writes news releases and arranges for photography at major events. Is that you? Call the chair.
Community Services Committee:

This committee conducts the food drives and many other efforts to help improve the community per the by-laws. Call the chair to help.
By-Laws Committee:

This committee periodically and as needed reviews and recommends needed amendments. If you like this work, call the chair to get involved.
