Robert Dyer and his wife Peggy have been residents of Heron Creek since 2014. Robert is a retired teacher, Principal, and school administrator in Dallas, Texas, and he is an accomplished builder/developer throughout the Dallas metropolitan area. A graduate of Indiana University, Robert was inducted to the Indiana High School Athletic Association Basketball Hall of Fame.
After moving to North Port, he was appointed by the North Port Mayor to serve on the Zoning Review Board Committee, where he served as Committee Chairman for three years.
He is a four-time Heron Creek Golf & CC champion, and he represented Heron Creek in a PGA national club championship in California, where he placed 17th out of 500 players. Every year he has participated on the Heron Creek Interclub team, where he has helped lead the team to the state championship finals on three occasions.
He also served on the Heron Creek Community Association Landscaping Committee, and he is passionate about helping others throughout our community.
