Todd Miles has spent 40 years as a public finance attorney in upstate New York. During his 40-year career as a public finance attorney he represented municipal governments, public authorities and special purpose not-for-profit corporations in the financing of capital projects and public infrastructure throughout the State of New York. Todd’s practice required intensive interaction with public officials, presentations to government boards and communications with stakeholders to facilitate complex projects and the building of public consensus in support of such endeavors.
To support his clients, Todd served for many years on the governing board of the NYS Government Finance Officers Association, as well as Chair of its Legislative Committee. This service provided invaluable experience participating in the management of this not-for-profit corporation and the evolution of its public purpose policies for the benefit of local governments and their citizens. Most recently, Todd served as an advisor to North Port City Manager, Mr. Jerome Fletcher.
