Once again in 2024, the All Faith’s Fund Drive was a huge success. You may recall that this popular initiative started out in 2016 with Heron Creek residents donating non-perishable food items to the All Faith’s Food Bank for distribution to families in need throughout the North Port community. Following the Covid 19 Pandemic in 2021, the program was adjusted from a “Food Drive” to a “Fund Drive”, so that we could continue to support the All Faith’s mission without the concerns of expired groceries, contaminated packages, and other issues associated with the spread of disease. In its first three years, the HCCF All Faith’s Fund Drive has raised $50,735, and the 2024 campaign,which ended on March 8th has raised an additional $17,200, bringing our total contributions to date at approximately $68,000. The management team at All Faith’s Food Bank indicates that our contributions have provided meals for more than 300,000 people over the years.
