Paul Stebing has over forty years of proven Business Development and Sales Management experience with global Original Equipment Manufacturers. Paul has extensive training in Marketing, Product Development, Cost Estimating, Forecasting, Planning, and Quality.
Paul worked for the Dana Corporation of Toledo, Ohio for thirty years. Paul was Director of Sales for Dana’s Light Duty and Heavy-duty markets and his customer base included Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Chrysler-Fiat, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes, BMW, Paccar, IHC, and Freightliner to name a few. Paul’s division won the Malcomb Baldrige National Quality Award for large corporations.
After leaving Dana, Paul worked as Business Development Manager for Melling Engine Parts for 7 years, and several years as the Director of OE Sales and Customer Service for Neapco. Paul travelled globally negotiating long-term contracts with his clients.
Paul graduated from Miami University in Oxford Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has also attended classes at University of Michigan, University of Toledo, Automotive Training Institute, and completed over 400 hours of additional training at Dana University. Paul has played golf for over 60 years, been a member of the USGA for over 40 years, and a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers for 20 years. Paul is currently a Co-Chair for the Osprey Cove Community and works on the Architectural Committee during transition of the HOA.
Paul retired 6 years ago, and he and his wife Norma purchased their home within Heron Creek Community as Platinum members. Norma has 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse and is still working part-time out of the new Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Venice. Paul & Norma have been married for 29 years and have 5 grown boys, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Paul & Norma are avid golfers and frequent the beaches on a regular basis. Paul loves to fish as often as possible.
