The Heron Creek Foundation (HCF) is pleased to announce the opening of its 2025 Grant Application Process, which will begin August 1st,2025, and conclude September 30th, 2025. Nonprofit organizations and charitable groups serving the North Port community are encouraged to apply for funding.
The Heron Creek Foundation’s mission is to support qualified charitable organizations that directly benefit the citizens of North Port and enhance the quality of life throughout the local area. Over the past decade, HCF has awarded more than $750,000 in grants to local nonprofits and charities.
“Our goal is to be a lasting partner for local charities and non-profit organizations that are making a real difference in our community,” said Kevin Smith, President of the Heron Creek Foundation. “We’re proud of the impact we’ve made over the past 10 years, and we look forward to supporting even more initiatives that uplift North Port residents, for many years to come.”
