On behalf of the Heron Creek Community Foundation board of directors, we hope you and yours are well, and that you are well on your way towards working through the necessary cleanup and repairs following Hurricane Ian.
For a variety of reasons, following the storm, we have decided to postpone the upcoming golf tournament and pool party. This just isn’t the time to “put the fun into fundraising”, and the damage that the golf course and pool area sustained makes hosting the event difficult at best.
Thank you to all of you that have registered to play in the tournament and those who have signed up to help sponsor the event. A big thank you also goes out to all the volunteers and others that have helped in the preparations for the event.
For those who have already provided payment, be it for golf registration or sponsorship, you have the option of requesting a refund or we can push your payment forward to the rescheduled event to be held sometime next year.
